You describe the property
Trade, place, timing, and what is worrying you. Photos help when you have them. The form takes about a minute.
Micheletti Construction Limited
Building and roofing, under one name.
Alberto Micheletti leads Micheletti Construction Limited. The company takes on civil and building work, and roofing, for homes and commercial properties in Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan. A quote request stays with this company.
His public profile lists roles in Nigeria from January 2003, and the managing director role at this company from May 2012. We do not claim a longer history than that.
Request a quote
About a minute
Seven short steps. Micheletti Construction reads the request and replies by phone, email, or WhatsApp — whichever you choose. No telephone number is published on this site.
How a request is handled
One company reads it
Roofing and building requests come to the same desk. We do not pass the enquiry to a list of other contractors.
We reply the way you asked
Phone, email, or WhatsApp, using the details you typed. We do not promise a clock time we cannot keep.
A look, then a written quote
If the work is something we can take on, we arrange to see it before we put a price to it. Sample prices are not published here.
Two trades, one company
Building
Civil and building work
New builds, renovations, extensions, commercial buildings, and structural repairs. Alberto’s public role at the company is described as civil and building trades. The roof is part of that conversation, not a separate trade we pretend not to know.
Roofing
The covering that has to last the season
Repairs, replacements, new roofs, metal coverings, and inspections. Lagos salt air, Abuja harmattan dust, and Ibadan’s long wet season are different problems. The city pages say how.
Where the public record places the work
These dates are Alberto Micheletti’s documented roles, not a list of offices we are claiming to occupy, and not a catalogue of finished buildings.
- 2003–2009
Lagos
Project manager at Dys Trocca Valsesia. The chapter is Lagos. We do not publish the projects from those years.
- 2009–2012
Ibadan
Manager at L. D’Alberto & Company Limited, an Ibadan building and civil contractor. That firm’s address is not ours.
- 2012–present
Abuja
Managing director of Micheletti Construction Limited. The public profile places this role in Abuja.
The name is a family name. The record is Nigerian.
Micheletti is Alberto’s surname. His working life on the public record has been in Nigeria since 2003. This company is Micheletti Construction Limited. It is not presented here as part of any other firm that happens to share the surname.
Before you send a request
Who reads a quote request from this site?
Micheletti Construction Limited. The request is not offered to a marketplace of other contractors. Alberto Micheletti, the managing director, is the person whose public career is described on this site.
Do you publish a phone number?
No. The quote form asks whether you prefer a reply by phone, email, or WhatsApp, and we use the details you give us. Until a company number is provided for publication, none is shown on these pages.
Which cities do you write about?
Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan, because those are the cities in Alberto Micheletti’s documented career. A property in another Nigerian city can still be described on the form. We would rather discuss it plainly than pretend the map is larger than the record.
Will you give a price on the website?
No. Access, storey height, materials, and the timing of the rainy season all change the work. A figure without a look at the property would be a guess. We do not publish sample naira prices.
Are the pictures on this site your finished jobs?
No. The drawing on the homepage is a section diagram, not a photograph of a completed project. This site does not show a gallery of jobs, client names, or star ratings.
