Places
Where we work
Three cities, for a reason that can be checked. Not a cloned paragraph with the name swapped, and not a promise of an office on every high street.
Lagos, first
The public profile starts in Lagos: project manager at Dys Trocca Valsesia from January 2003 to April 2009. The city is coastal, humid, and flood-prone in low ground. Salt air on the Island and the Lekki–Ajah corridor is a roofing fact. Dense mainland neighbourhoods such as Surulere, Yaba, and Ikeja are a different access problem from Magodo’s gates or Festac’s avenues. The Lagos page stays with that coast and that chapter.
Ibadan, between
From April 2009 to April 2012 he was a manager at L. D’Alberto & Company Limited, an Ibadan building and civil contractor established in 1956. The city is hillier, with an older mix of GRAs, campus-edge housing, and industrial ground at Oluyole. Rain runs long, with an August lull that should not be mistaken for the end of the season. The firm’s street address is not ours. The Ibadan page says why.
Abuja, the company years
From May 2012 the same profile lists him as managing director of Micheletti Construction Limited in Abuja. The capital is a planned city: Phase 1 districts such as Maitama, Asokoro, Wuse, and Garki; later districts such as Jabi, Utako, Gwarinpa, and Lokogoma; suburban Kubwa. One rainy season, then harmattan dust. The Abuja page does not invent a street for the company.
If the property is somewhere else in Nigeria, use the quote form and choose another city. A refusal, if that is the honest answer, is better than a pin on a map we do not mean.
Questions
Why only three cities?
Because those are the three cities in Alberto Micheletti’s documented career: Lagos from 2003 to 2009, Ibadan from 2009 to 2012, and Abuja from 2012 as managing director. The site is not a directory of every Nigerian state.
Can you still look at another city?
Yes. The quote form has “Another city.” Name the place. We will say whether it is work we can take on, instead of pretending the coverage map is national.
Do you have a branch address in each city?
No addresses are published. Presence means documented work in the city, not a storefront we invented for the footer.
