Building
Building is the umbrella: civil and building trades as the managing director’s public brief. Under it sit new builds,renovations, extensions,commercial and industrial buildings, andstructural repairs. A new house and a cracked beam are not the same conversation, which is why they are separate pages.
Roofing
Roofing covers the sheet, the tile, the gutter, and the deck they sit on. The specific pages are repairs,replacement, new roofs,metal roofing, and inspections. Lagos salt, Abuja dust, and Ibadan’s patched older sheets show up differently on each of those pages, rather than as one recycled warning.
How a service becomes a quote
Pick the closest page if you want to read first, then use thequote form. The form’s first question branches: roofing, building, or not sure, and then the matching problem. Tell us the city — Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, or another — and the neighbourhood. We reply the way you ask. We do not publish a rate per square metre, because access, height, materials, and the month of the year move the number more than a table would admit.

Is this a roofing company or a building company?
Both. The public role is civil and building trades, and the site also covers roofing, because the covering is part of the building. You can start the form without knowing which trade owns the problem.
Are these pages the same as a national quote portal?
No. They are company pages: what Micheletti Construction will look at, in the cities tied to the managing director’s record. They are shorter on slogans and empty of fake case studies.
Where do I start if I only know that water is coming in?
Choose roofing, then “leaking roof,” or choose “not sure.” A leak can be a sheet, a gutter, or a crack in a slab. The visit is what separates them.
