A quote request is a private note about a property. It is read so we can reply. It is not a product.
What the form collects
The quote form asks for the trade and the problem, the property type, the city and area, the timing, an optional description, optional photos, your name, phone number, and email, the way you prefer to be contacted, and anything else you choose to add. If you arrived with campaign parameters in the address bar, those are stored with the request so we can see which page produced it. The source is recorded as micheletti-construction.com.
There is a hidden field that people are not asked to fill. If it is filled, the submission is treated as automated and is not emailed. That is the only case in which a request is dropped on purpose.
What we do with it
The request is used to prepare a quote and to follow up by the method you chose: phone, email, or WhatsApp. Photos stay with the request when they can be delivered with it. If the form reports that nothing was delivered, nothing was delivered.
We do not sell the details. We do not pass them to a panel of unrelated contractors. We do not publish your name, your photographs, or your property description on this website.
Asking about your own request
If you want to ask about a request you already sent, use thequote form again and say so in the notes. Include the name and email you used the first time, so the right request can be found. That is how a privacy question about an enquiry reaches the company. Requests are reviewed by Micheletti Construction and followed up the way you asked.
This page does not claim a registration number, a regulator’s certificate, or a legal conclusion about Nigerian data-protection law. The practical promise is the one above: the details are for the quote and the follow-up, and they are not sold.

Do you sell quote requests?
No. Details sent through the form are used to prepare a quote and to follow up. They are not sold to other contractors or to a lead marketplace.
Who receives the email?
Requests are reviewed by Micheletti Construction and followed up the way you asked. They are not sold, and they are not passed to another contractor.
How long do you keep a request?
Long enough to reply, to quote, and to keep a record of what was asked. We do not publish a retention schedule we have not adopted. You can ask us to delete a request that is still only an enquiry.
What about photos?
Photos are optional. They are pictures of your property, sent so we can understand the work. They are not published on this website as examples of our projects.
